Oros hotel reception is open 24/7
Check-in from 14:00 (we do not guarantee early check-ins as we cannot guarantee if the room will be booked the night before. You may come early, if the room is ready we will give access to it otherwise you may park your car or drop your bags with us and go on with your day)
Check out until 10:00 (late check-outs can be organised on request at check-in for an additional fee based on availability on the day of departure)
A physical credit or debit card as well as a physicalPhoto ID are required upon check-in.
Pre-Authorisation / Bond:
A temporary hold of AUD $100 will be placed on either a debit or credit car on arrival; AUD $500 for stays of more than 7 days, 2 Bedroom Apartments and Weekend stays.
Cash Bonds are NOT ACCEPTED.
No Party policy:
We sell sleep and we want to ensure that every customer gets what they paid for. Therefore strictly no parties are allowed at Oros Hotel, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, up to $600 cleaning fee will apply if evidence is found upon departure.
Visitor policy:
Up to 2 visitors are allowed upstairs from 07:00 to 21:00
After 21:00 only registered guests based on maximum occupancy for the room type are allowed in the room. Any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Pets/Animals:
Pets are NOT allowed, up to $600 cleaning fee will apply if evidence is found upon departure.
Cots/Cribs:
Baby cots are available on request and must be booked in advance. One off fee applies (see amenities).
Extra beds/rollaway beds:
There is no capacity for extra beds in this property, maximum occupancy per room is fixed.
Children:
Children under 2 years old stay free
Cards accepted:
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, UnionPay, Eftpos.
Oros Plus Hotel accepts these cards and reserves the right to hold a temporary amount on your card prior to your arrival to secure your reservation. Advance purchase rates will incur full charge at time of reservation.
Car Parking:
Use of the Car Park is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility for and have no liability for any injury, death, theft, loss or damage whether to person or property (including your Vehicle) and you agree to release us from any claims in relation to such matters. In the case of any warranties or conditions implied into this contract by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, we limit our liability to a) supplying the services to you again; or b) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again. You are liable for any loss or damage caused by you or your Vehicle to the Car Park or any person or property in the Car Park including, but not limited to, any damaged cause by oil or any other substances which come from your Vehicle.
